Any other sites I should check out?
amazon.com. They sell books like _Training and Racing with a Power Meter_, Joe Friel's _The Cyclist's Training Bible_, and _The Time-Crunched Cyclist: Fit, Fast, Powerful, in 6 Hours a Week_.

Joe Friel's blog. Words of wisdom in digestible small chunks.

The slowtwitch.com triathlon forum. Those guys are super nerdy in a good way. There's a great thread on polarized training with contributions from Stephen Seiler.

The wattage forum now on Google Groups.
