I finally built up a frameset that I found on ebay in Janurary. It's a 1988 Schwinn Premis, has a mix of Shimano 10-speed parts, plus a Suntour Downtube shifter for the shifting up front. The saddle, stem, and seatpost will be swapped out fairly soon for things that match a bit better.
