Thanks to all for the feedback. You guys pointed me in the right direction and I found some catalogs online confirming the bike is a 1985 PSN10. Original champagne color, Campy Victory, Modolo brakes and Avenir saddle match up to the catalog. My scale even matches the 22lb spec. Could be a great bike but I think I'll use the parts and donate the frame to a fixie hipster.
