Ant+ and Bluetooth. But the Ant+ is proprietary and does not work with all receivers. Garmin is one brand that has good compatibility with it. Timex, not so much. The complete list of compatible decices and photos are on the Mio website. The Bluetooth is no problem though. Universal.
