Bikes: Specialized Tarmac SL3, Nishiki Pro Hybrid SL

Wow that is a huge climb and well beyond my training experience so I can't offer much advice on the matter, but for me I know where my HR "should" be for my max effort and I try and stay there regardless of the climb. Sadly that max HR means most big hills I attempt = 6-7mph lol.
