I would not recommend Challenge tubulars. Quality is all over the board. One set I have is now the last ditch spares where another set soldiers on like a champ although the tread is starting to show signs of delamination. I have read a lot of reports of similar delamination. I have not ridden them yet, but for about $55/tire shipped from England you can get Vittoria Corsa SCs which I have heard are a good deal. We shall soon see as I ordered a pair.

Thanx for your advice on avoiding those tires and I'll be awaiting your thoughts on the Corsa SC's. I'm about a month out on tire orders. That will be my near-last order in this resto project.
