There's no reason to have a dork disk if your rear derailleur is properly aligned.
Removing the valve cap before inflating your tires is a pain...you do check and inflate your tires to proper psi before riding, don't you?

Do you leave the tags on all of your clothes? The manufacturers put them there, why bother taking them off?
