These are "use at your own risk"--official PBP documents always supercede anything provided here.
The planning spreadsheet is the most complicated thing here. The page "Notes on the spreadsheet" should be helpful in understanding how to use it. Beyond that, the spreadsheet is "self-documenting"--all you have to do is figure out how it works :-)
Feel free to ask questions--I'll do my best to respond, given time constraints.
