Do any of you folks stretch**********

YMMV, but it makes a world of difference for me. And certainly more so in the AM. Typical routine is hot shower, hot breakfast (oatmeal etc..) then a solid 10-15 minutes of stretching before the ride. Legs feel good, back feels good. Less chance of injury. I also stretch when I get to the office, a short one before the ride home, and again once in the door. My wife is a PT, and pushed me on it. At first I was marginal , but after doing it for over a year - I will always try to stretch before a ride, and when I dont- I know it, and so does the watch. .
