The rd m951 will work with your shifters but it is rated to handle only a max 34t rear cog. There simply isn't enough clearance, regardless of what you do to the B-screw, to enable proper shifting. Your choices are pretty much either get a cassette with a 34t large cog or buy another 9-speed shifter that's rated for 36t.
