Bikes: Lapierre Pulsium 500 FdJ, Ritchey breakaway cyclocross, vintage trek mtb.

No one I know calls the frame a mixte unless it has double top tubes: i.e. Those Schwinns above wouldn't be called mixte around here (SF, CA).
