I thought top of the line meant the line drawn around the equator. This would give you the best rotation speed. (the people who live in the center of the earth are charged with the repainting)
It's easier to repaint closer to the center of the earth, due to the convergence of Earth's magnetic fields.
The paint particles, magnetically charged, stick better to the bike frame.
