A fun video for sure, but I'm not seeing all that bike love. I live in the southwest part of Minneapolis, and every day, weather permitting, I ride south to work, through a small first-ring suburb into the middle of a second-ring suburb, my Personal Theater Of Operations as it were. Bicycle commuting in that area might be up 200 percent, but it's from one rider to three. There must be a lot of action to the north of my house, if Minneapolis is the number one biking city in the country. I will have to get out more.

One good thing I do see is that most people seem to be tolerant of bicycles on the street. Who knows what they might be thinking, but their actions are good. Once in a while one does encounter someone who makes a comment about one's sexual preferences or one's relationship with one's mother, but it's rare (for me at least). That probably is a key part of being a bicycle-friendly city; people being friendly to those on bikes.
