I commute a couple days a week, generally i leave everything at work to make it easier.
Although there are the days that i need to take my stuff with me - i have it all in a nice backpack... ideally i would just slide that into a pannier and be on my way.

thoughts on these or recommendations on something i can put a backpack in.
- extra points if its folds up to be smaller off the bike (to fit in my backpack)
- not interested in replacing the backpack with a backpack/pannier since i use the backpack more off the bike than on
