Yah, but you obviously missed the small print:
PhotoJoe's rules of encouragement, pressure, manipulation and general haranguing are limited to Bike Forums members in good standing who express even the slightest interest in joining an organized Clyde/Athena ride. Any comment that is deemed by PhotoJoe to be even remotely positive indicates a binding commitment to attend and participate in said ride. Even a remote thought in the positive about a desire to attend said ride shall also constitute a binding commitment to join, regardless of thoughtee's geographical location. Bike Forums and PhotoJoe have no responsibility for travel costs or safety of riders, whether actual or inferred. Said encouragement, pressure, manipulation and general haranguing shall be considered just that, therefore and hereto, can in no way be represented, construed or perceived as harassment or coercion. Any dispute by a member to being put on the list shall be mediated by binding arbitration by an impartial arbiter (PhotoJoe). Appeals will be considered, then summarily rejected. Americus Curiae briefs will also be ignored, however, it is questioned why an Americus Curiae is wearing briefs anyway. You should always ride commando. Any rider who PhotoJoe adds to the list and doesn't participate in said ride will be subject to Capias Mittimus and Habuas Corpus. And Nolo Contendere will not be permissible.
All above stated stipulations and general musings are binding and permanent on every member of Bike Forums' C/A forum, with the exception of PhotoJoe, who is exempt from all said regulations and terms of use. PhotoJoe shall be allowed to, without notice or penalty, organize, express interest or even lend positive thoughts toward a specific ride, concept of a pending ride and/or its committed participants as described above without any obligation to attend or participate in said ride at will.
