X2. I agree on the Specialized. The tires on the Orbea look too off road oriented for my taste and the fork lock out is huge. The Specialized would be a better and faster road bike.

On paper I would definitely go with the Specialized. It's got better deraileurs, and most importantly a lockout on the front shock. The lockout on the front shock will make a big difference when you're not on bumpy stuff, as its a lot more efficient.
