Have been on several long tours, a triple with a 10 & 16t difference worked for me .. 110-74 and 135-74 (50,40,24)
Shimano would be 130-74 you can build it 12~ 14, 50,38,24.
[But I got off Upgrade-itis bandwagon long before the industry started pushing it to 11..]
