Haven't mapped out the ascent but Canyon View and Cannon are significant climbs, and the Santiago Canyon back up to Jamboree is a steady gradual incline. Watch the downhill speeds coming down Canyon View and Cannon. Checking my Garmin after a ride up there I found I'd hit 50 mph - I don't really need to go that fast. I was too busy concentrating on the road to look at the speedo when I was descending.
I only had 2 hours to ride so I did 2 loops last night of the route you suggested. It was a lot harder than it looked on the map and I ended up with just over 2760' of incline. I had to take a minute to catch my breath on the first lap since I think my pace up Canyon View was too fast.

However it was well worth it as I managed to pass a prius trying to stay under the 40mph speed limit coming down the hill. My max speed was only 48.5, but I think I can crack the big 50 next time I ride it!
