The No.1 cause of obesity epidemic is not so much the diet but it's the lack of exercise, lack of physical movement, sedentary lifestyle...Junk food can actually make an excellent fuel for high intensity physical activities. If people had more intensity and more exercise in their life they could eat junk food and not get fat, because all the food would be used as fuel.
