I did mean cocncord selecta 12, sorry bout that. Well I'll have to ask the guy about the wheels and maybe look at how much for a new set of 27" w/ 36 spokes. He did tell me it was 60cm and has steel frame made by a japanese company back in the 80's. Thanks for the help.
