The new speed/cadence sensor from Wahoo will also do (simultaneous) ANT+ and BT LE. It's a nice sensor. It makes no difference whether it is zip tied or rubber band attached to the frame. With the magnet based sensors, you still have to be careful to keep the cranks and sensor points aligned.

I use a Wahoo Fitness RFLKT+ display and my iPhone 6 for my bike computer. I've gotten rid of magnet based sensors and gone to accelerometer based sensors. I use the Wahoo RPM on the cranks and the Garmin speed sensor on the rear hub with the RFLKT+ in ANT+ bridge mode. Works great and I never have alignment problems. I would bet that Wahoo is close to coming out with an accelerometer based speed sensor. It's largely the same hardware and similar firmware to make it work.
