I've had really good experience with the Bicycle Exchange in Indy, right on the Monon at 54th. They're not too expensive and they always take the time to explain exactly what they think should be done and why. Nice guys, too. Some of their online reviews claim they're inattentive or snobbish, but I have *never* experienced that.
