I ordered my Easy Racer Gold Rush late August (just before they raised the price). Coventry Cycles in Portland was great getting me all fitted up (sized, fendors, fairings, computer, pedals, etc.), the pain was waiting until today to bring it home. Evidently I wasn't the only one that took advantage of ordering before the prices went up (I have to remind myself that the world doesn't revolve around me (my Mom's favorite line when we were being pouty/stupid little kids...
"Do you think the world revolves around you? Snap out of it!").

Anyway, I got it out on the road for a short ride and forgot about the steering twitchiness you have to get used to. The uphills weren't as bad as I thought they'd be (maybe it was because I was all hyped up). I was amazed at how easy it was to get some speed going on the flats though. It was a rainy ride and I noticed that I'll need some warmer gloves. It was a great ride on a great bike.
