You know, it would be cool if you could post up a brief "tutorial" of how you cut that chain guard. My original one is twisted and bent and I can't seem to get it smoothed out. I don't mind putting an older aftermarket one on. It would serve a purpose to show how you did it. Would help me and perhaps others with the same problem.
