Interesting that you feel differently in the gears. I consider Shimano cranks good & wouldn't imagine it would make that much difference.

My EVO came with the FSA SL-K Light stock. I can't complain. No problems even though the LBS initially didn't have them torqued tight enough and I didn't even know it for a month. (duh) Otherwise no issues like the Gossamer has been noted for so I'd call them a good crank set.

That said, I know folks have opted for the Ultegra 6800 cranks, using a Praxis adapter for BB30 folks like myself but I see no need as the FSA SL-K Light have served me well.
