The Tubus Cargo and Tara are a great combination. I have the Cargo in both the "classic" and Evo versions and prefer the classic. The Evo platform is noticeably narrower on top than the classic version, making it less suitable for carrying racktop bags. That would not be an issue if you don't ever use a racktop bag, but something you should be aware of if you do. I use my touring bike for both touring and commuting, with a racktop bag preferred for commuting, and my bag tends to flop more on the Evo than the classic version.
