Sugino had factory drilling and pierced crank spider arms. SR. may also. Most of the brake makers had pierced or drilled lever blades.
Stronglight had a model with drilled rings, Huret had the drilled Jubilee.
What I find interesting is Campagnolo presented the Super Record group with Black anno rings, but they were not seen in production.
Others jumped in and Campagnolo did not.
