I have the racks you were considering and Ortlieb rollers and it all works fine. It was enlightening to me when the cost of accessories exceeded the cost of my (LHT) bike, and this combo contributed to that. The whole setup has worked flawlessly for the three or four years and thousands of miles of touring so in all I'm happy. Good luck.
