Clearly you haven't bothered to read the linked thread, and the numerous resources it links to in its turn. Had you done so, you would know that we can't tell you the answer just based on numbers. The figures you give indicate you might have 3 w/kg. that would be enough to be competitive in Cat 5, Cat 4, maybe even Cat 3 racing IF the rider was skilled, knew how to draft, ride in a group, handle his/her bike, tolerate the repeated accelerations without losing position, etc. etc. etc.
Take the advice. Start riding in a group. You'll soon find where you stand, and what you need to do to improve.
