I don't know the rim width of the Fulcrum Quattros. Their recent Racing 5's were ~20.5mm and the new 'LG' version appears to be 23mm. I think Shimano 6800's are 20.8mm and would be a solid all-rounder for you around that price-point. Those Vueltas get surprisingly good reviews. I'd want the Quattro's to win on more than just looks. Are you more of a flats/TT rider than a climber?
