That is a low end Univega. It probably has a high tensile steel frame with steel rims. It looks to be in decent condition, but unless you know how to work on bikes, factor in at least another $100 to get it right. I know San Ramon is right across the bay from San Francisco and prices may be crazy there - but where I live that is a $50 bike at best.
