So how did you decide on spoke length in the first place? Both hub and rim affect the length you need, even if we take it granted that it's a 36 hole 3-cross (front) wheel... You can't just walk into a shop and buy "MTB spokes".
Anyway, take one left-side and one right-side spoke to a shop and get 18 of each length. Simplest solution.
