I can't find "anything" on the net about a Vintage Sprint racer !! ??

Google has let me down - do a search for Vincent Sprint and all you get is motor cycles - yet you can see that this vintage bike is branded Vincent Sprint. And it also has Phoenix 101 tubing.

So if Google fails me - how does this forum fare? See pictures:
