I have a Niterider Universal Taillight on order and wonder upon arrival if I should send it back unopened. Since after ordering it and before getting it, I dumped my NiteRider HID for Light & Motions ARC, I was considering making the Univeral Taillight work with a homemade setup as another forum member here has done. I searched for the way to do it and found it, but in the meantime have seen posts of people happy with Niterider’s Universal Taillight and posts of those who say units stopped working inexplicably with no idea as to why it happened. Last thing i want to do is butcher the taillight and then not be able to return it if it fails. Can some experienced Niterider taillight owners weigh in?
