I don't see any contradiction about keeping a consistent message- everybody on a bike has rights, not just those following some theory of VS or CV .
The "starbellied sneech suit with LAB patches" was a not-so-veiled rebuttal of HelmetHead's questioning above,
"Do we advocate for bicyclists who ride on the right hand side of a shared right or straight lane...."
I mean, really!!! REGARDLESS of the best way to ride a bike in traffic, what about all the people who have THEIR OWN IDEAS or even some bad knowledge about what's safe biking? We should even advocate for a bicycling sophist (the BS method) when they wind up with poor lane positioning due to traffic factors beyond their control.
And what about the kids, the migrants, the poor, the drunk and impared, the disenfranchised bicyclists, the old folk, the senile and the mad? They get to ride bikes in my world too. Not just if they're a star bellied sneech.
