Hi!!


I have a pair of spd clipless pedals. I am new to this style riding. I had them set very loose as I am just learning this however they were soooo lose that a flat metal part came out and I cannot find it! I don't even know the name of it to order it online.

Basically, the screw is still there but was so lose that this flat washer type thing that the screw should screw into fell out.

I don't know if anyone knows the name of it.
