I've had people do that to me for things I was selling. It just depends. Usually, some jackass will try to super lowball on something. I never do that. If i want something, and it's a fair price, I pay it. If it's not a fair price, then I just pass. Also if its been listed for awhile, the guy might just want it gone, and take whatever.
