no stopping this bike - $250 (park ridge)

This bike rolls like hell but no stopping because the brakes be for another bike. Lock them down and it's like a 3mph head wind - almost imperceptible. Best bet is plan ahead and pay attention. A helmet and health insurance are good ideas (not included). The gears are for looks because no shifter or derailleur. Back wheel is 24" but bike is 26", so profile is chick magnet: final level.
Consider trade for 24" chainsaw or a case of rum.
