There is this Raleigh Carlton Grand Prix for sale.
He's had it up for about 2 months so I asked if he'd come down on the price and he said $180. I feel like this is potentially a very nice bike but actually needs a decent amount of work (the chain doesn't look like it fits, bad saddle, needs new tires and tubes, new bar tape, new brake lever hoods likely, needs a strong cleaning and doesn't have the original decals). I don't need it, but I do like the frame and would appreciate a lighter steel bike. I know ultimately it's worth what I'm willing to pay for it, but there's also a reasonable objective value to these things right? What do you guys think?
