On my latest build, I decided to use a Nitto Noodle, 42cm with a Cinelli XA quill. The Noodle bars have flat ramps, like the ergo bars, but with classic round drops. I am using them with modern Campagnolo Ergopower levers, and I am very happy with this combination.
