Hey all - quick question.

The wife just picked up a Colnago Mexico frame and I'd like to order a BB for it. Its supposedly an '89, and the seller says it's Italian threaded - little doubt on that one. Does the BB shell width matter in sourcing a BB for this frame, or will any Italian threaded BB fit no problema?
