Hey guys, I just picked up an '87 Schwinn Tempo for $35 from someone who was moving out of state. It's in pretty good shape, but the frame is too small for me. It's 21 inches. I've never done bike work so I'm curious of the best way for me to learn the basics and make this bike a little prettier. Or I suppose I could list in on CL in a week and just sell it as is?
