yup yup.. Red Rider here (so yes I am a diabetic) - Last year did 10. This year stepping up to the 34. Next year I will step it up further. :-)
My family history tells me that I
will be a diabetic if I don't get active and watch my diet. I'm hoping these rallies will go a long way toward offsetting that.
