Keep in mind that his whole approach seems to have changed ... per the latest update on the gofundme page, he's going to have his wife drive their truck as a support vehicle at least for the first half of the trip (after that she's going to supposedly join him on a bike). That would imply that he would no longer needs a 300# trailer. It also would make it very easy to throw the bike into the back of the pickup when he wants a more than 10 mile day.
