Did 32 miles last night keeping the hr to 130 or lower and when I got done I had some knee soreness (right) which may be left over from saturdays hill-fest. Ok so it's a little achy and feels like muscle as opposed to tendon pain which I've found to be acute. But during the night, the ache increased noticeably and I got up to visit the bathroom and walking was GNARLY .
The whole thing felt painful not just one particular point, but if you drew a vertical oval around the cap including 2 inches above and two inches below,that would cover most of the area of "cramp". Went back to bed, the pain faded and this morning it's back to normal soreness.

Anyone else experience anything like this?
