Fairly low end bike missing a parts. Would cost more to properly fix up get running again than it is really worth say $100 maybe more if you did all the work yourself and $200 if you had a shop do it. Basically it's a $150 bike complete in nice riding condition, that basically needs that much or more in work. I would say pass you would need to get the bike for close to free for it to make sense even then I would say if your looking for vintage bike to fix up you should be looking for something a lot nicer.
