It does look as if you have everything under control, except maybe, and this is just a suggestion--- the saddle!
We all have our favorites and we each realize a saddle is a personal choice. But my 2 cents would be--- install a Brooks B17.
I have one on my '87 Schwinn High Sierra. A honey or brown colored B17 would be the cat's pajamas!
