Depends on the seller. I have had mixed results even this week. I got a seller down on a bottom bracket (FSA MegaEvo) down from $40 to $25, but another seller auto declined from $85 down to even $70 on a Thomson Masterpiece. Granted, $85 was a decent price, but why have the 'Best Offer' if you aren't going to give any room for negotiation?
