I do. Pogue does. I think a lot of people still do. They ride better, are lighter, and are safer (you can run 'em flat) if you glue securely, and are easier to change on the road. There's also double sticky tape that will securely stick the tires down. The down side is as follows: they're more expensive, difficult to repair, and dangerous if you don't get 'em stuck down well. and they're more expensive. If you have a regular bike with clinchers, you should give 'em a try.
