IMHO if you have to ask about the value as a potential flipper you have little business flipping. I also agree with the others that at $250 you not likely to make much off this if your an honest flipper and doo all the work. If you just knock the dust off and give it quick rubdown with pledge you might make $50.
+1. but there was guy on here a few years back who was happy to make $50 on a flip.....to each his own. I'd need many more pictures before I could say if it's worth $250 as a flip.
